THE PLAN FOR THE DAY

For those who know the routine, you’ll feel right at home. For newcomers – here’s what to expect:

  • Pay the committee member at the gate upon arrival – please bring cash if possible as our card terminal depends on a good WIFI signal so can be temperamental when outdoors.
  • Choose your parking and picnic spot in the field – tables, gazebos, and garden furniture are all welcome.
  • You’re free to bring your own food and drink. BBQs are fine too, but please don’t place them directly on the grass – we want to keep the field in good shape.
  • Event announcements will be made over the loudspeaker and via the WhatsApp group throughout the day.
  • Due to the fact that the field is used by children during the week, dogs are unfortunately not permitted.
  • Please park close together to make space for all attendees.
  • Take all rubbish home with you when you leave – let’s keep the site clean and green. Please do not use the church bins to dispose of your rubbish

We can’t wait to welcome you for a day full of fun, games, and celebration.
